Nobody increased tax! Read the article again.
VAT rose under Tinubu. A trend that was observed!
Not Tinubu increased VAT!
How can you say VAT is not related to price increase after reading that article
You don't have to comment.

If you say nobody increased tax maybe it's you that did then? So tax increases on its own now huh? We don't know the no. of times different unions have had to protest tax imposed by Tinubu. We all aren't clowns like you. Tinubu is a tax master. Tax don't increase on its own mumu

You make me laugh bro.

But you are giving excuses to drive home your point. Have I made the wrong statistics or comparison?

The point remains that there is no basis for comparing the two states, seeing that Lagos had the better advantages in terms of evolution and finance. You think Lagos is termed the "most populous city" for nothing?

With the likes of Aregbesola and Fayemi, why have those states not fared like Lagos State? Why are Sokoto, Bauchi and Borno, still suffering large scale underdevelopment?

Abuja became the administrative capital in 1991. It was carefully planned and developed. Why has it become such a developed city in such a short time, looking more beautiful than Kano and Rivers State?

Simple: The Governors are lazy! That's the point. Explain how Osun has more revenue than Cross River, Katsina. Right before our eyes Ogun state left Ondo State in terms revenue potential. Nobody is expecting every state to be equal but all governors should be tasked to be productive. It's inexplicable that you govern a state for 8years and revenue drive remained relatively stagnant. You don't have any project to impact potential prosperity of the state. Common!

Mugu! State the tax that was increased then since you are sure that tax was increased. You just heard that in your union and ran with it? Beer parlour gist? Just read the article and stop embarassing yourself.
VAT is still 7.5% today.

Hahahahahaha.

Brother, Osun state brings more in terms of natural resources to the center than Cross Rivers and Katsina states.

Governors are in no way lazy. They simply hold the positions to enable them loot the states dry. Whatever is left when they assume power, is looted and the state further put into debt.

Have you wondered what happened the the amounts saved by Obi in Anambra state? What did Obiano do with it? He spent all and sent the state back into red, leaving Soludo to struggle with resources.

In all, we need leaders who are up and doing. We need leaders who are creative and are development driven. We need leaders who are accountable to the citizens. We also need citizens who will vote for leaders not on the basis of tribe or religion. We need citizens who will not accept bribes to vote for the wrong people and thereafter turn to claim that they are hungry. That way we can have a very great country.

Thanks and enjoy your Sunday.

Useless unfortunate son of a bitch! Hope you seen the recent increase in import tariffs.. illiterate saying Vat is relative to increase in price of goods and tax is not imposed. How foolish can you be. Tinubu has introduced not less than 10 multiple taxes in different sectors.
Even Egyptians taxed the Israelite in the bible and it had nothing to do with goods but an illiterate frustrated nonentity like you will sit in ur dilapidated hut to chat an Msc degree holder and argue through ur anus.

Vat is still 7.5% how? Don't you see how foolish this sounds? Tinubu opined that we pay 1.5% on tax for each liter of fuel purchased and this was protested. A lot of taxation was introduced by Tinubu which he eventually reneged on and tax can't be 7.5%, this doesn't make any sense to a reasonable mind. Tax can't be same for everything across board. Go to school u lout.
