We bought this cow today at keffi in Nasarawa state and shared among three of us.

Don't ever trust Meat sellers.

Well one have to factor in cost of transporting them from north to south

The transportation cost is the issue... Will be easier to transport when killed, then you think about spoiling on the way.... I mean getting it to Lagos

location is an important issue

Bottomline is farming is now lucrative, either farm crops or livestock. Everyone should key in to this.

It wouldn't sell above N350k here in rural markets of Soro, Gamawa or Liman Katagum of Bauchi State.

Go any kasuwar (market) say u wan buy 5k meat. U'll ask ursef if u r actually in Northern Nigeria.
