LegendHero: Let Lagos state govt tell how much he pays as tax, then we can generate the amount of investment made or capital used. No hiding place. It will further determine how much settlement he gets. |

Did any part of his fenced property touched or did he pay for access to the see front to The FG Lagos or Oniru ? We are even yet to talk about how an Igbo man will come n be charging Yorubas access to the sea God gave to them naturally. Do you igbos pay to access River Niger ?! . DMerciful: 2 Likes 1 Share |

LegendHero:Why are you so delusional? Is it that you are brainwashed? And yet your brain is not clean enough to understand the concept of scale of preference? In the midst of economic hardship and scarce resources, does it make any sense to even a lunatic that federal government is embarking on this project whereas there is an alternative road that can easily be fixed and modernised with lower cost. I give up on black man. No wonder, all the smart people in that shit hole continent have migrated to Europe. Next time, when you want to be delusional like this, pity the future of your children. |
Re: See The Supposedly $200m Landmark Beach Investment That Got Demolished by Gajagojo: 4:22am On May 02 |
The simple truth is that coastlines are of national strategic and security interest. The Federal government must me able to control the coasts . If he supreme court has ruled on this !Even state government cannot build anything on the coast without permission of the Federal Government. The question then is who sold on he land? |

Water corporation has always serve as the alternative road to the rolled Lekki epe express, and cannot be used an highway. Besides, having a 10 lane highway on water corporation will hamper the ease of access to businesses backing the beach. 1 Like |

If the govt is considering realignment to only capture his tents, how is that destroying Igbo business? If Seyi makinde can deploy same wisdom in Ibadan to avoid Demolishing the homes of poor people, Ibadan people won't be in a rage. |

Re: See The Supposedly $200m Landmark Beach Investment That Got Demolished by agabusta: 10:05am On May 02 |
DMerciful: Yes it makes sense. A super highway is not supposed to be used as service road. That is the problem we keep making in our urban development. Just like the Ikorodu Road and its dual service lane, that is how all highways passing through urban areas should be designed. For example, the Lagos Ibadan Expressway. From the Sagamu interchange, there's supposed to be another service road running parallel to the highway. This service road is a state road. This is also noticeable on the Lagos Badagry express way. There should be a distinct service/state road different from the superhighway to limit disturbance to flow of traffic on the highway. |

onatisi: Yes, another International Airport will be built in Lagos. That is the Lekki International Airport. The Airport will be linked to this coastal highway, and it will be bliss connecting to this Airport from Lagos Island. |
