Love of Man:

The character and life of Christ Jesus don't only espouse the salvation of sinners.

What the gospel was featuring was that a man can love without getting consumed by that love.

And that love isn't only fun but a heavy conundrum that requires constant sacrifice.

Christ was able to love because he is love; filled with love, an eternal love that can accommodate uncountable numbers of beings.

Hence, he wasn't bothered by the hatred of the people whom he had come to save or retracted when the responsibility of that love became waning.

The man who can be able to love must first have love flowing within, and the superfluous from which he begins to dispense to others. His love is comparable to the ocean, no amount of water drawn can reduce its volume to droplets.

That's why before a man can love his neighbor he must first love himself. Without loving himself he can't be able to love others.

Only when he loves himself can he show empathy because he's human like other humans who are under spells, pains, or oppression.

Christ was able to cut across many boundaries of human love and yet remained firm. He suffered because of love. He died because of love.

But his resurrection proves that the man who has an ocean of love within his bones and marrows supersedes all other humans.

Such a kind of love is one the average human, and the majority of the human population lacks the capacity for. It's a crazy kind of love. It's foolish.

Because the average person intends to love on a mutual level or parasitic level - they expect gains without giving.

Men tend to exhibit a fragment of such love in the family - in loving their wives and children. A woman tends to in nurturing of their babies.

However, that kind of love is still basic. Beneath are terms and conditional statements.

Eternal love still has conditions attached to it. The purpose of the life & death of Christ is salvation to avoid hell.

However, eternal love doesn't depend on the character and nature of the sinner before he is given. He's given that love and expected to have a change of heart.

But a man can't give a woman his heart without her loving him. He gives it because she has submitted to him, and will suspend it when she veers off the line. Vice versa.

Although man attempts to love like Christ but his frailties withhold him.

Man is even scared to give love because he fears ungratefulness. His heartbreaks limit him to an extent to love as Christ. More heartbreaks weaken the fibers of his heart to express more love.

True love: love that can be given without getting consumed by it.

This writer is ignorant of what love is. That's why the post treats love as something that only men (males) are obliged to show.

This post ignorantly treats love as something that is for only a man, his family and his children. The post wrongly implies that only Christ is obliged to love all.

Why is the post focused on only men? What about women? What about children? What about males who are not yet husbands and fathers? What about celibates? Is any category of human exempted from loving?
