Come this summer, we need to sack ETH, I can not point at one player who has improved under his leadership. I am happy that things are taking shape at the management level, what is left is to get in all the right people and decide which way we want to head. I am tired of this approach where coaches come in with their methods and decide what players they want, it just hasn't worked.

Let the technical team decide what pattern of play they want the club to be associated with as LostMyZeal or someone else suggested and then we can get a manager whose methods aligns with that of the club. With this, the club can go about signing only players with the right profile, the ones that fit the style/pattern of play adopted. If the coach fails, the next coach comes in and doesn't have to do a squad revamp because the players are already suited to the style the club has adopted.

I can't wait to read the good news that ETH has been sacked. I'll gather all my friends and drink to that.
