Hello fellow nairalanders,there is this co worker of mine at my place of work in the bank who have been sick for some months now.He was admitted in a hospital here in lekki.It started with malaria which he didn't take serious until it got to this stage.

Some weeks back,a DNA test was conducted on him and the result came out yesterday which states the he is not the son of his father.

This guy is 27 years of age and the news came as a surprise because he looks like his dad.

My question is, what could be the cause of this

"he looks like his dad"... bro, there are so many people who look like but aren't in anyway related to you... if DNA test also says that his mother is not his biological mother then it's just another case of paternity fraud that women have been known to subject naive men too... it's a rude awakening..

Believe all these DNA they are doing in Nigeria at your own risk. E reach Nigeria turn and suddenly every father is not the real father of their children again.

so the DNA done here in Nigeria,is different from the one abroad

I think the scientific name for that is Microchimerism.

I think the scientific name for that is Microchimerism.

Microchimerism is different.
