DEMOLITION costs should be placed on the heads of criminals who construct houses on designated parks,roads and waterways. The government cannot be using scarce resources that could be committed to other welfare purposes to demolish your illegality.
The government and governors in your home states will not tolerate such illegality but you want to perpetrate same in Lagos and expect Governor Sanwo Olu to excuse you and look the other way.....NEVER!

I drove past a school bus when the red light was flashing, they sent me a bill for 250 Dollars for the violation. Since then I dey watch out for school bus like a hawk.

People are getting super speeder tickets of more than 1000 dollars. Just for speeding. These are some of the ways that they are making money for the govt.

Especially for Africa.........make him begin to apply for Senegalese marabouts and Indian maharajis o! However I admire the guy's courage and he is legally sound too! Where I disagree with him or the Lagos government, is in their lackadaisical supervision of buildings and construction permits! So what work does the Lagos building inspectors do? what is the effect of their infamous red oxide inscription"STOP WORK ORDER" that they usually write when an infraction is noticed? Their are obvious loopholes in the whole building plan protocol in Lagos and I am sure it is deliberate too!

nobody likes lagos during flooding, make people stop to de build house near drainage... Especially planned drainage. After el rufai demolish abuja finish he went to become governor of kaduna.
