My chickens fight all the time, but if an intruder comes within their midst, they work together to fight it. Also when you put them all in a new enviroment foreign to them, with other animals, they automatically become more United.

It’s natural. The impulse to identify with the closest of your kind in the midst of many is a kinda survival instinct.

Problem is, if you bring these same people back home to team up and build a working system, they fail.
They aren’t mentally wired to fix their collective problems, but to consume the praises and benefits that comes from sensitive, significant positions. Unfortunately, Harvard or Cambridge education can’t fix this.
