imohimoh12:Bail money are not paid, it's just the worth of your freedom till end of trial. the sureties are to pay the money if the accused jumps bail. In some cases the presiding judge may decide that the bail money be deposited into the court's account and it's refundable if the accused doesn't violate the condition of the bail 1 Like |

OBTMOS: And what you expect? The next thing is to start sending emissaries to Baba in the villa and the case would die a natural cause. That's what Yeye Bello should have done, but since he is too egoistic and full of himself, he chose to trek a very delicate path. Nevertheless, he would still off from the hook sha. |

Falseprofet2: We know, the problem is this case can go on for the next 20 years until an AGF sympathetic to them will ask the EFCC for the case file and it will disappear. We have seen this before. Can this one be different, we wait to see |

The way the Nigerian judicial system operates is such that shields the high and the mighty. The common man is deprived of this exclusive privilege as justice is promptly meted out without dillydallying by "my lordships". "Poor man wey thief money dey go show him face for "crime fighter" - Africa China. Corruption especially amongst the elite has come to stay! Let's not decieve ourselves! @hotseat |

justmondris:Seem you don't understand how the judicial system work From that 100 million, he will pay 10 million which is 10% not to stay in the prison. He will be going to court from home. The judge grant them bail because they plea non guilty.... From the next adjournment, thats when they will start to judge the case or they will go an beg EFCC to settle out of court Note that if they don't pay that Bali money they will go to prison till they fulfill the bail condition |
