Evans has been in prison for many years before Wadume, another notorious kidnapper was jailed for 2 years and he has been freed. I don't support Evans but judicial bandits that gave Wadume only 2 years have given Evans audacity. Evans was arrested in 2017 and has spent 7 years in jail.
