His loss to Lennox wasn't a real loss in any sense , he suffered a cut to eye and the ref stopped the fight because it kept bleeding , he was leading on the score card and clearly outboxed Lennox and when the ref stopped the fight it wasn't because Vitali was been punched or beaten but because of the blood coming out of the cut
