I don't really know why relationship is so monetized but I believe one should be able to help when necessary and the resources are available. Giving her half of your salary, na you know why sha but I am not a supporter of money for hand, back for ground kind of relationship or monthly salary just because of say we dey inside relationship.

Could you believe that a guy I called a friend asked the female in my life for a date and told her not to tell me, she told me,anyway. I said, girl, go on the date, listen to whatever he has to say. Funny enough, I was at the same location he took her to(just coincidence, I was there before them). He was angry with her for telling me about the date... I went to their table, greeted him then left..
