Avoid TOXIC relationships!

Using myself as a case study,

Just one 'hard' word against me can make me restless or scatter my day.

Once I am mentally and emotionally stressed, it shows without my consent.

During my interview stage, the HR asked what tunes down my productivity and I said TOXIC environments.

Can you define that?

She asked.

I said, a place where nothing I do seem good enough and even doing the extra doesn't make any difference.

My wrongs are more capitalized than my rights and never forgotten...

I said, when I don't get appreciative comments or encouraging words when I don't seem to understand what next to do.....

Now, I used to think that nobody can make me uncomfortable if true then something is wrong with me.... it means my heart has gotten used to hurts and don't know Love.

It means, I have settled toxicity into my system.

Yesterday I had a situation, and I didn't know the energy followed me to work and affected my day...

I was fighting a war in my head and so I looked drained.... persons around noticed even after affirming myself.

You owe yourself as a high value person to avoid and walk away from relationships, environments that makes you second guess your abilities and loose confidence in yourself because it's just a matter of time, you'll loose yourself.

The title says Highly Intellectual people. But body of your post describes a NEUROTIC and EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE person that is ULTRA NEEDY.

Plus if a single word of criticism can ruin your WHOLE day, you may be dealing with a case of EXTREMELY low self-esteem.

Work on that.

Plus you don't even need to be an intellectual juggernaut to AVOID toxic people. You just need common sense.
