I don't even know how many times to say this. Stop hanging around folks that are heading no way, add zero value to your life, or pull you down to failure. I know what bad association can do to a young man or woman with so much talent and opportunities. It would ruin you! One of the biggest decisions you would make in your life is the quality of folks you choose to tag along with. If you constantly hang around people with small dreams, one day, you will start thinking like them. It is as plain as that. Put yourself in social networks where you stand the chance of stretching yourself to attaining greatness. Learn to constantly hang around folks that engage in responsible and healthy conversations around: - Money - Family - Business - Sex - Investments - Spirituality - Nation building - Expansion - Politics - Dignity in Labour. Stop hanging around folks who only argue about: - What is bad about Nigeria. - The ladies or guys they have slept with. - How to get "others" to help them. - How many beer bottles they can consumed. - How much Ronaldo or Messi earns. - How to "blow" in 30 days or less. - Celebrity gossips on Yabaleft or Instablog. - How to pull others down. They are folks that you would interact with and you could tell that your IQ Level has dropped by certain ratios. They drain the juice in you. One major reason why you have to get your social interaction game right is because you have one life. Not two. Only one life. No extra. So choose carefully who you give it to 8 Likes 1 Share |
