The driver is one of those stubborn aboki truck drivers. Detain him and his truck and of course the cement. If they refused to pay for demages, the stupid driver, the cements and the truck should be sold off. I don't like what I hate.

Hope the bags of cement can pay for the damages if sold off. If they can't, they should sell the truck join since the owner of the cement/truck doesn't care. I guess it means he has written everything off.
