no it's not for loan, it is for the grant.....you will receive a SMS to go and do your capturing at the local government assigned for you.........I have done mine though I have not receive the grant.

I don't get, is there another grant? Is it two rounds?

If I may ask, did you apply for both loan and Grant? It's from there we can ascertain capturing for loan.
