SJR, Berrada, Ashworth, Wilcox. They all come with huge reputations and have a huge task ahead of them to take the club back to its glory days.

Ashworth and especially Wilcox can speak with the manager at a tactical level about what their vision is, and what they expect from the manager.

They need to quickly decide on who the manager will be sha, before all the decent options are picked up.

I don't want to defend ETH here as the dynamics and balance in both squads are very different. Xavi had a good base for the kind of footie played at Barca. At United is just chaos and ETH isn't innocent.

If you put Xavi at United 2 years ago and ETH at Barca 2 years ago. Things would have been different but that's by the way. They've also met and ETH bested him. There isn't anything in Xavi's CV that clearly places him above ETH. They're arguably in the same WhatsApp group.
