Nigeria only sent a small contingent.

We have a big exercise coming up which will include the US, Italy, Spain, Brazil and Cameroun, probably that was the reason we sent a small team.

The Army used to participate in Flintlock, they have now stopped.

Nigerian Navy has now received all 3 x Leonardo Helicopters it ordered.

The Nigerian Navy currently has a fleet of 14 x helicopters.

No South African base was captured or penetrated, South African vehicles supposedly captured don't have regular SANDF paint scheme makes me wonder if they are not that of other SAMIDRC countries, and 1 dead vs many m23 dead isn't getting whooped bru

Where's the evidence that many M23 were killed?

Nigerian made Drone.

These are optimized for grenade, mortar drops like we have seen in the war in Ukraine.

That's not always the case.

The evidence we've seen are captured SANDF vehicles and at least 1 KIA.

No other evidence apart from these.

Apparently some time back in 2018 the Russian and Syrian counterparts (reportedly 500 total) tried to take a Conoco gas plant that 40 or so US SOF and Kurdish militia held. This day,the Russians witnessed the awesome spectacle of American aerial fire power.
Of interest is that of as now ,Russia,with its supposedly powerful air force, hasn't been able to dominate the skies in Ukraine.The S-400s and S-300s haven't lived up to the hype they had before the war.

Of interest is that to this date,Russia,with its supposedly powerful air force, hasn't been able to dominate the skies in Ukraine.The S-400s and S-300s haven't lived up to the hype they had before the war.

Russia also Lost half of its Black Sea Fleet to a country with a non-functioning navy.It's possible that Russian ships might have relied on modified air defense systems like the S-300 and S-400 installed on ships ,rather than a fully integrated system like the American Aegis system.

Here's what we know, the vehicles a casspir and mamba of the sandf were captured by the m23 and were recaptured shortly after the ambush when SADC forces launched a counter attack, the vehicles however were damaged beyond repair since they were hit by antitank missiles and were blown up rather than being towed back to base, no casualties were recorded due to this ambush which is testament to the design and protection of the mamba and casspir.

The casualty is result of a mortar that hit the base.
