vybzkartel:Assign her no duties. Make sure she has absolutely nothing to do for about a week to a month. She can do any of her normal duties but nothing more. Also avoid her and only respond to her greetings. When her brain resets start assigning duties back to her but don't resume any jokes or allow elements of familiarity even when she tries to introduce it. You haven't put her in her place hence she has grown in boldness. Those things she's doing that anger the boss. Are they work-related or just personal.. If they are work related, then she gets a query like someone suggested above one week or two week max without pay.. If they are personal, you would need to deal with that by yourself. For the OP's female subordinate to continuously disrespect him, it's like BROS has begged for kpekus and got turned down.  From my own experience, ladies are the best subordinates to work with. Don't ask them out, don't become overly familiar with them, don't engage in office gossip with them and try to stay clear of their personal drama. Most importantly, be sure to pay them well. They will respect you more than their HUSBAND/BOYFRIEND. PS- female bosses are the worst to work with. They will use frustration to end your life. She's looking for attention from the boss SHE HAS romantic interests and so since the boss isn't noticing her She's using reverse psychology to draw attention to herself Na knacks she dey find... . The boss should get jovial one day, and ask her what's her weekend plan, and tell her he will like them too to grab a drink out of the serious atmosphere of work... . During the hangout...notice her mood, her body language, her dressing and make up...u will definitely see a sign of someone trying to impress u sexually. . Either u just want to gist random things with her without escalating to romance is up to you...and based on her body language if positive, nothing then is impossible sexually... .
