Jesus was talking about restitution. Restitution isn't the same as salvation. It just an action done to right a wrong. In Mathew 19:21 which you quoted, Jesus clearly said sell what you have, distribute to the poor (not to JW or to an organization), THEN COME FOLLOW ME. That means the restitution itself is not a guarantee for salvation until you follow Jesus to the end.

Keep deceiving yourself. At the end of the days, you would be very sorry for yourself. Keep manipulating scriptures to support heresies!
