Don't allow what they did or say to you In those heated emotional moments to keep controlling your life. The people who said most of these mean things to you have probably forgotten it, why should you still keep remembering them.

The more you remember these things,the more angry you'd get and that is why you're on a revenge mission to prove a point by hurting others. Two wrong they said does not make a right.

You don't become bad because they despised you for being good. See it that it is there loss that they didn't cherish this rare specie of a human being. Someone else will come into your life who would adore you because you are the answer to their prayers.

Make peace with the fact that not every person would appreciate your awesomeness and uniqueness,some would despise you because they're already broken and don't know it. The world is filled with selfish people who doesn't care about others, but I adjure you to be different.

Don't hurt other people because you were hurt. Let the oppression and the mistreatment end with you. Hearken to the whispers of your conscience and let your goodness be known to all men. Be that survivor that is willing to help others survive.

no two interactions are the same and each interactions must be evaluated, and sadly sometimes, only your wrath will do!

example: your woman keeps being violent and putting hands on you, and no matter how you try to explain to her that she must respect you and your body, she keeps putting hands on you (slapping you etc)... the only solution here is to SLAP HER BACK so she can feel your wrath and never wrongly assume "again" that your silence means weakness.

thats the only way some people out there learn... because many will wrongly believe that your silence is weakness.

You're right,but remember that an eye for an eye makes the world blind. Why not leave such toxic relationship, than carrying out a revenge that could leave her paralyzed; I mean she's a lady and you're a guy. If you injure her even some of your guys will take side with her against you.

About your example, does the same apply to when your male friend keeps putting his hands on you?

Just curious if that energy is universal and not gender specific.

it applies to anybody on earth, even your male family members (or even women against the violent male partners)... if they are stronger than you, use any weapon available to you to make a damn point. if/when you dont, thats why the yeye bullying happens so often in schools.

an eye for an eye makes the world a better place... especially when you have yeye people who use violence as a tool to belittle/undermine people. violence is often needed to bring back the balance of equality.

remember, leaving such toxic relationship wont solve the problem because A) that person will continue abuse her future partner because she learned nothing, and B) you could possibly meet that (now) ex partner and she will still use violence upon you, because she has no respect for your person.... the only way to bring back the balance is to give her a taste of her own medicine
