According to Doyin Okupe, a former presidential assistant, President Bola Tinubu was the greatest candidate for president in 2023. According to Okupe, Tinubu possesses greater capacity than both Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party. This was revealed by the former Obi-Datti campaign spokesperson during an appearance on Politics Today on Channels Television. “Let me tell you, with the benefit of hindsight, Bola Tinubu is the best among all the people who actually ran for President in 2023,” Okupe stated. “I’ve met Atiku Abubakar, seen Peter Obi, and had a long-time acquaintance with Bola Tinubu. “It’s not important that I haven’t seen him in seven or eight years; his ability, dedication, and knowledge are the best.” In the 2023 presidential election, Tinubu defeated Obi and Atiku.
