You can apply but make sure you have 90% tuition fee and at least 3 months rent on arrival cause the chances of getting job upon arrival as a student are slim. Jobs that migrant used to pick up their life upon arrival are scarce now. And remember as a student your working hours are limited to 20hrs/week which is not enough. Shalom.

I got the offer by applying to a program offered by the UK government. I was interviewed and given tests which I passed. Thanks for the advice

I understand you but the UK government is training me to do a job for them after I graduate. That's why they are sponsoring me in the first place. The amount covers tuition and living expenses plus 5800 Pounds extra for miscellaneous.

The UK Government has a scheme for visa waivers. If you have the scholarship indeed then you may ask for the option with the program handler.

Also, the UK Government never promises people jobs even for those who have been shortlisted to join the Army. Nothing is ever promised or guaranteed. If you really want help, you need to provide a little information for readers even those silent readers who may independently reach out to you with offers to verify the information otherwise the help you seek may not come from here.
Put yourself in anyone's shoe and see if you would be okay to be asked to reach out to them before they provide you with the information to verify their concerns and get help from you.

Poster, you can attempt paying with a dollar card by funding the dollar or even pounds dorm account in Nigeria alternatively if you have a "trusted" friend or family, then they may pay on your behalf. These are the options known to me.
