I wonder how the eviction of Shaw is stopping the team from getting another top LB. It's just hate at the moment. Getting another solid LB plus Shaw gives Shaw less time to play and allow him manage his fragile state considering how great of a player he is.

Buy another LB and run him down then say pray for him to be sold.

Same thing is happening to Martinez now.

Players will always want to play 100% of the time if they feel they are up to it. Its on the coach and the medical team to put their foot down. Same thing happened to Martinez this season. Instead of them to take him off immediately, they made sure he couldn't move again before removing him

I dont think he's that great personally. But that's just me. He's a good player but in the 9/10 years he's been at the club he can point to just 2 maybe 3 good seasons. I'm ready to move on from him.
