Honestly, I've got no solution for you but I just want to tell you to stay strong and keep your head up, don't let what's you're going through affect your confidence and peace of mind, I know it's easier said than done but there's no problem that's doesn't have a solution. In Benin city where I live, some people resort to seeing old women that sell roots and herbs when pharmaceutical drugs fail them, I suggest you do your research and locate any of them in your city. Sometimes these infirmities can be inside the body while manifesting on the outside and in need of good herbs to flush it out. Goodluck.

Guy believe me, Go and get Idrolic, ( don't know how they spell it). Anybody that has a car might have Idrolic or this Mechanic workshop you can ask them for it.

Take a warm bath, use clean towels and someone should apply it for you on it. E don dey pepper you but if you do it for 3 weeks and e no comot call me bastard...

what he has is called jock Itch.. use skineal cream but more importantly stopped that job or exercise that makes him sweat profusely..pour confo ointment inside water to birth..stop wearing underwear for now.. after a week or two it will go... and finally buy and use nivea cocoa butter...it will so clear it..u will be surprised it ever existed.. jock itch can make one almost go crazy.. u will just hate your existence..

I once had jock itch..idrolic will just try but won't cure it... skineal na miracle for am

@VersatileVee, this is not a fungal infection so stop applying all antifungal or triple action cream suggested by people on this platform that are not even in the medical field.

Remember, the skin is the largest organ in the body. So protect it at all cost.

What did the skin biopsy say?

When I first saw the pics, I immediately thought of ichthyosis. A mild variant of it I suppose

I will advise first kindly destroy all your clothes and start with a new ones immediately you want to start any treatment or rather soak your old clothes and undies with hot water before wearing them

Visit a dermatologist. Trial and error won't get that stuff off your body. Thought cost of seeking the services of a trained dermatologist can be prohibitive, I am pretty sure you will find your solution there. The earlier the better.

When you get the cream, also get the tablet. There is Nizoral tablets I am sure and combine it, but read the leaflet for dosage.

Definitely eczema. Your body is reacting to something you’ve eaten or have been exposed to. Avoid inflammatory foods and investigate your lifestyle. Avoid refined sugar, dairy and alcohol. Eat more vegetables and fish/meat. Lots of water and try a cleanse using herbs. Your liver or gut has had enough or the useful microbome has been decimated. Could be build up of toxins.

Stress is also another factor. If I don't sleep properly or go through serious and prolonged stress, I get Eczema flare ups.

The itch is bone deep so sleeping at night is near impossible so get some antihistamine tablets and cut your nails short. Sleep and rest as much as possible including naps.

What you are suffering from is called Microfilaria and it is not a well known sickness in Nigeria even though over 250 million people are infected with it yearly in Africa.

I have had my own fair share of it and I can tell you that it is frustrating and depressing.

Microfilaria is transmitted by mosquitoes or black flies. When an infected mosquito bites you, it deposits the filaria larvae into your skin which develops and moves into the bloodstream and feeds on it then reproduces millions of other larvae.

If microfilaria is left untreated it can cause severe skin damage, elephantiasis, river blindness, heart and kidney damage.

I was surprised when I discovered that mosquitoes transmit it because I only know of malaria not microfilaria.

My itching was so severe that I almost ran mad. Many doctors and hospitals In Nigeria look at you like a fool when you explain your symptoms to them

For solution

First goto a lab and tell them you want to perform test for microfilaria (please go at night because that is when the worm is active)

Then will take your blood samples and observe it under microscope to check for filaria movements.

If it reads positive goto a good pharmacist
Tell him to give you Mectiza (ivermectin), he will give you about 10 small tablets, take water and swallow all at once.

Once you take Mectiza please don't take it again. Ivermectin is to be taken once a year


After taking the Mectiza, purchase cenocide cup (full cup) take 3 morning, 3 afternoon 3 night

Buy antibiotics like Doxycycline and drink along.

Buy tydineal and rub on your body.

Be diligent with your drugs do not skip any.

Op i used to have this, forget tablets, it will take a lot of time to work, go to a good pharmacy and buy nizoral cream, it is small and costly but if you rub it everyday for a month it will clear, buy 2 or 3 tubes of the cream depending on ur budget, your condition is called tinea versicolor, it is a common fungai infection,you can confirm it if it itches after you bath?

Looks like Pityriasis versicolor,a Fungal infection. But ketoconazole shampoo. Apply it on your skin from head to toe. Leave it on the skin from 10minutes and then rinse off. Do this for 5-7days.
I saw someone say you should take ketoconazole injection. Don't do it. It is highly toxic and will damage your liver. It is is safer topically.
