Even the salary there is all those deductions na… it’s 25% of gross income not net income.. I stand to be corrected though

In plain terms, when the 25% is implemented, check your payslip you'd see that the deductions amounts have increased too.

We are saying the same thing sir..
If I’m collecting #10 and my deduction is 10% which is #1 take home is #9
When 30% is added to my salary
I’ll be collecting #13 and my deduction will be #1.3
But my take home will still be reflecting increment of 30% which is #11.7 which is exactly 30% of #9
