I was trying to pay on the tlscontact site for priority and prime time over the weekend. the priority payment went through but I couldn’t complete the payment for the prime time with my naira card because of otp issues so the whole payment was cancelled but the priority payment has already been deducted from my account and has not been refunded till now. I called my bank this morning and they said I should get through first with tls that the money has left my account.
Please how do I go about this, because I can’t see any customer care number on their page.

I follow you laugh. The truth is that most Nigerians don't understand how the COS thing works. To my greatest suprise, most of our people in the UK who I expect them to understand don't really understand how it works. The ISL is there and it's very clear to read and understand.

I recently went to a My customer/ Nigerian friend who owns an African store here in the UK. To my suprise I saw many Nigerians entering his shop to ask if he can offer COS. The guy told me he receive many fellow Nigerians begging for COS in his shop.

He's ready to help but he can't offer the COS and some Nigerians are thinking he's a "bad fellow Nigerian"

The truth is that with the current immigration policies put in place the retails giants like Saintsbury, Tesco etc cant offer visa sponsorship to entry careers in the retail sector. They can only sponsor people starting from senior roles like Managers and senior supervisor.

Hi there, sorry about what happened. It is true that u can't find any number to call on Thier website.

This is what you can do as it worked for me when I have to urgently contact them last year.

There is a form you have to fill on Thier website and you include your email address and the details of the inquiry/complaint etc. They will get back to you. My own case took 48 hours. Yours may be faster or later than mine.

Nigerians are not exploring the business sector sponsorship like Indians, Pakistan's and turkish. Just open turkish kebab, Indian groceries etc and apply for company sponsorship with that cos you can sponsor yourself or anybody in uk or abroad

Please apart from the TB test, bank statement for POF, undergraduate certificate, IELTS result, which other documents will I have to present for the visa application and biometric for my student VISA?

Those are the BASICS.

Depending on individuals, you may add

- NYSC Certificate
- CV and Employment Proof (Payslips, Reference Letters, Offer Letter)
- Past Visa Refusal Letters
- Birth Certificate (if using parent's account statement)

No they are not all mandatory . If you don’t have a job yet and you just finished school , just create a resume that includes NYSC PPA duties . You can also add your internship experience if you had any during your degree program. To me , I don’t think your resume really matters cos you don’t have upto 2 years study gap cos you claimed you just completed NYSC but it’s not a bad thing if you decide to add it.

Based on my case/profile .. The mandatory documents I submitted includes :

POF ( 28 days)
CAS LETTER
ADMISSION LETTER
NYSC CERTIFICATE
UNIVERSITY DEGREE CERTIFICATE
WAEC/NECO RESULT
UNIVERSITY UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT

LETTER OF EXPLANATION ( this was because I had a previous refusal from Canada, last year , so i wrote a letter to explain why i decided to apply to UK Instead of reapplying to Canada).. if you don’t have a case like this , you don’t need to write it.

CANADA STUDY VISA REFUSAL LETTER
N.I.N CARD
INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT DATA PAGE
MEDICALS ( Tuberculosis Test)

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION From previous job ( since you not working yet , you can get this from anyone , church or mosque , past lecturers or your NYSC coordinator , basically just someone that has impacted you in one way or the other )

OFFER LETTER from new Job.

I think i added Birth certificate and Resume , I’m not sure 🤔.

But like the first person said , it depends on the individual. The documents you would be required to submit will be different from another person. So stating your case will help streamline better.

Just your payment slip (the one bank gives you after payment) and Your international passport. Wearing a mask is mandatory but you can always buy one at the centre.
You’ll also need to have a Uk address when you’re filling the online form they give you when you get there.

Good day house, please ihave a question with respect to POF. Which method is best and effective to provide evidence of POF
1. My personal nigerian bank salary account
This will work.
2. A domiciliary account that reflect the POF in pounds (though i dont have a domiciliary account at the moment as i plan to open if need be)
This, is the best option, as you won't need to be worried about the daily exchange rate of naira to pounds. 1£ = 1£
3. A sponsor/brother foreign account with the required amount for the POF
This won't work with UKVI. The only accepted Individual/Family sponsor is your parent. Any other sponsor will need to deposit the required amount into your own bank account.
