Sir Jim and INEOS were tight-liped about the coaches they were interviewing till Thomas Tuchel's interview leaked. In as much as they didn't want to disclose those they interviewed doesn't mean 98% of coaches coaches available on the market right now won't jump at the chance to coach United.

As for Zidane, he hasn't shown any interest in coaching any other team since he left Madrid. He doesn't look like someone on the market else he would have gone to the likes of Bayern.

You keep saying he wasn't interested but I showed you Fabrizio saying he was keen to return the PL. He was not interested but showed up for the meeting just to tell them he wasn't interested lol. The reason for his sudden break is because both Chelsea and United eventually didn't pick him despite interest and there's no other top club available right now.
