"I can't remember the last time I slept off for 4 hours in the night..." That was the statement I have heard over and over.
And it's true, I can't remember when last I had a 6 Hours sleep over night.

Yes, it will be very hard to sleep when you think about survival, surviving Nigerian and getting the opportunity to run away.

Young Nigerians Are not Sleeping and we do not bother about the health implications. Maybe we chose to chase economic comfort at the expense of health implications

Do not love sleep, lest you come to poverty; Open your eyes, and you will be satisfied with bread.

It's difficult having a good sleep when lots of thought are running through your mind. Can't remember the last time I slept for 3hrs straight in the night.

They don't sleep, with generators running all through the night. But these same people sleep during the day and they claim to "work from home" They have almost same characteristics - dread locks, tattoos, drive heavy cars and living expensive lives angry

Psalm 127:2 -
The Lord provides for those he loves, even while they are sleeping. EASY. It will not help you to work all day for food, and never stop.

Psalm 127:2-3

It is useless to work so hard for a living, getting up early and going to bed late. For the LORD provides for those he loves, while they are asleep

Lol. That is why one is from proverbs, the other is from psalms. Psalms are like prayers while proverbs are like realities of life.

Why do we have 24hrs a day, 8hrs work, 8 hours sleep, what on hell can't u use the extra 8 hours to do, from side hustle to hubbies. If you like don't sleep, you will use those monies you hustle so hard to treat dementia.

8hrs sleep can't work anymore

I'll suggest polyphasic sleep or biphasic sleep with naps in between and total sleep of 5-7 hrs

The only time I can sleep well is when I have sex and I never get time for marriage grin
