I needed to cook something fast and quick, so added all the ingredients in at once including chicken , but took out the chicken to microwave later.

Good stuff on the plate but I think it's better to drain the excess oyel.

All I can say is that men are lucky with the type of metabolism they have (some sha. Not all.) because some of you have pot belly.

But a lot of guys can eat whatever they want and never gain a pound. That’s the only thing I’m envious about.

For dinner

Jasmine rice with black beans and baked chicken. Spring salad with balsam vinegar dressing and walnuts

Smoked fish pepper soup + white rice + Steamed vegetables (Fresh sativa leaves/Ugu leaves).

Lunch is served
