No, I'm not sure. There are different zones in Lagos , so you have to reach out to Legit Real Estate firms or Development agencies around your location or zone.

Will you keep kwayet? Why can't you go back to Nnewi if e sure for you.

Even the world most developed countries are experiencing flooding and some other natural disasters. Did you watch Aljazeera yesterday and how floods was carrying big houses and destroying bridges in India?

If Lagos is your headache, call your kinsmen and go back to Onitsha abeg.

Correct, but the citizens too have their own part to play.

The government of Nigeria really need to declare state of emergency on this climate change of a thing💁🏽‍♂️

Secondly, our cities are poorly planned and this is appalling.🤦🏻‍♂️

We keep endangering ourselves and yet we are not ready to talk about this decades prevailing issues 🤔

Calm down bro, please don’t misunderstand me. However government would still be blamed for not having prompt responses towards refuse disposal and secondly our town planning at some point failed because there are no strict law towards monitoring of constructions in the Nigerian states 👌🏻

Lagos state government need to wake up, especially the commissioner for environment. If not because of one of my neighbours who is a policeman worked TIRELESSLY to ensure our canal is cleared earlier this year, our house coukd have also been submerged in flood LIKE PREVIOUS YEARS. God bless MOPOL, my neighbour. Many people had built houses on the canal thereby blocking the natural flow of water. Several houses were pulled down when the swamp boogy came to clear the canal.

Where am i driving at, the commissioner of environment needs to use his head and pull down several houses that are blocking the natural flow of water. Theres a particular house close to where i work that was built on the EXACT LOCATION where a canal is supposed to pass. BIG MEN like that are some of the problems we have in Nigeria. Until government seals with such people, it will be difficult for Nigeria to move forward.
