On the IPPIS validation form, the TIN is optional. |

Fill in your details on the webpage. When you finish filling the form, you get to download a PDF file (A summary of the form you just filled), print 3 copies of this. |

There is a recent change in the final slip that is usually downloaded at the end of the registration. At the trial end of the form, there is a change of signatories from Director Admin (now invalid) to Director Finance & Account DFA (Valid).
