NEWS

Ayotunde Richards, a gospel singer and former member of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), has spent 35 days in prison after being granted bail by the High Court of Lagos State in Onikan.

Ayotunde was arrested and detained at Ikoyi Prison on June 6 over an alleged conspiracy to commit a felony and cyberstalking.

Ayotunde who was the leader of backup singers of the church founder, Dr D. K. Olukoya had earlier been arrested and detained over alleged cyberbullying and libel against Olukoya.

His arrest and detention on June 6 came less than three weeks after he regained freedom from Ikoyi Prison where he was remanded in the libel case.

Regarding his current predicament, a high court sitting in Onikan, Lagos ordered that Ayotunde should be remanded over a two-count charge.

The suit was filed by one Opeyemi Emmanuel, who accused Ayotunde of conspiracy to commit felony and cyberstalking.

However, the court granted Ayotunde bail on June 13 after his lawyer, Adeshina Ogunlana moved for his bail application.

Ayotunde's release remains delayed as his bail perfection is stalled, 35 days on, due to the prolonged absence of the Deputy Chief Registrar, who has been unavailable for three weeks, hindering the necessary verification of his sureties, sources told SaharaReporters.

“The Deputy Chief Registrar has not been around for three weeks to interview the sureties, and that is why Ayotunde cannot go home yet,” one of the sources said.

His previous arrest and detention were over a petition from Davidson Adejuwon, a lawyer and reportedly an aide to the church founder, Olukoya.

In his ruling in April, Ambrose Allagoa, the presiding judge, said the charges against Ayotunde were bailable.

SaharaReporters had reported how Ayotunde was arrested over a petition from Davidson Adejuwon.

Davidson filed the petition as counsel for one Mrs Sanni, an aide to Olukoya reportedly saddled with the cleric's social media concerns.

In the petition, the lawyer accused Ayotunde of sundry acts of cyberbullying and making libellous claims against Olukoya.

Ayotunde had also filed a suit against Olukoya over an alleged breach of his fundamental human rights.

I never heard Jesus arresting anybody. They called him bastard, they called him demon possessed, they called him a friend of sinners yet he refused to use his powers against them .

Even when they were about to kill him, and the thief on the side was taunting him and he had legions of angels on standby waiting for his command,he still asked the father to forgive them.

These generation of Nigerian pastors have zero Christianity in them.

No power to heal anythinh, No forgiving spirit and full of themselves.

And this individual will be on steady salary from the government; 3 weeks absence!

Why call him names?
You people don't know that the Piper dictates it's tune, if Kumuyi didn't infuse such hatred in the minds of Deeperlifers how come they are always behaving like members of other churches aren't Christians?
Well if you must know the truth today all the religions claiming Christians are worshiping different gods, Jesus of Nazareth prayed for his own disciples to have the same line of thought regarding sacred service so once your system of worship is not the same then know that you're not of the same sort. John 17:22

Even your Adeboye once prayed for his own followers that members of all other churches will bow before RCCG members.
So there's no difference! undecided

This is not a matter of who you are sentimental with but a matter of good vs evil, righteousness vs unrighteousness, light vs darkness and the Kingdom of God and the powers of darkness. If you cannot discern good from evil then you need to be delivered from the powers of darkness in the name of Jesus.

when he spends plenty days in detention after bail now he will be shouting it's Olukoya that kept him there, better still they will say they had bribed the chief registrar to be absent from work

As for the OP he is on his own, any body that commits a crime within or without the church it is proper to report to the law enforcement. Steal money and be expecting not the church not to report to the police, even the ones in church that defile children are reported to the law enforcement, rape you will be reported. Cyberstalk and defame they can decide to take legal action.

Thats how one was shouting about mercy chinwo baby, one petition to the police from Pastor Nat Bassey lawyers they all withdrew.

You cannot compare what I do here on this forum with yours. Earnestly contending for the faith is different from being quarrelsome and arguing blindly in matters he does not believe in.

The Christian message of the gospel is under attack by false teachers who spread dangerous heresies such as yourself and the folks you defend. Your intention on this forum is undermine and erode the true Christian message.

Even in better climes where the rule of law is respected he is not supposed to spend more than 48 hours in detention and should not have been prevented from being bailed because someone is on leave.

At least you acknowlege it's a system failure and not someone manipulating the system as
A worker going AWOL is a Nigerian thing, definitely not going to change anytime soon.

How many church members of yours who stole money has been reported to the police? Have you ever reported the adulterers, fornicators, paedophiles and rapists to the police? And that is if they actually committed the crime you accused them of they are still ought to be bailed.
If a pastor or a church member does any of these (except adultery / fornication) the church reserves the right to report to the authorities. Stealing, rape etc are crimes I doubt fornication / adultery is it's more of a moral issue.
Yes they ought to be released on bail but what is happening in this case can happen and it will be no fault of those who report the crime.

No one is preventing you from exercising your rights as a citizen but a church should be able to handle matters among themselves and not taking members to court/police if they are truly members of the body of Christ.
With the way christains (especially in Nigerian churches ) commit all sorts these days, angry hiding under religion to wreak havock, it's better to let the law take its course on criminal minded matters. Adultery fornication malice etc can be handled in house but FRAUD, rape and the likes should be reported and the church should never be castigated for that.

May God deliver unbelievers from joining places of worship that would compound their problems instead of bring peace and solution.
And May Christains truly exemplify the fruits of the spirit, be truly born again, obey simple laws of the land, avoid greed and all sorts that will get them reported to the police. Amen.

It is evil to deny the accused of bail and to rejoice over such acts
Thats a police problem, a systemic problem that's why an average Nigerian who lives in Nigeria avoids police wahala.

BISHOP KAYODE ABIOLA PELLER is one of the Scions of the dynasty of the renowned Magician, Professor Moshood Abiola Folorunsho Peller aka Professor Peller.

A gifted man of apostolic prowess, Bishop Peller is the General Overseer of Finger of God Ministries International based in Alagbado Area of Lagos State, South West Nigeria.

He equally runs a Rehab Home for drug addicted citizens (Rehabilitation Centre) where he uses his life experience as a former drug addict himself to heal lost souls and reform them into better and quality citizens of the society.

Bishop Kayode Peller, 65, uses his apostolic unction to liberate such souls from the ruins of drug and bring them back to life and for the benefit of JESUS CHRIST.

DURING a recent encounter on Monday July 1st Year 2024, the Bishop who is presently recovering from a mild stroke attack opened the door of his Lagos abode along Lagos Abeokuta Expressway to Asabe Afrika TV team as he spoke on the present socio-economic hardship facing the country after the inauguration of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu regime last year 2023.

The Bishop lament about the cost of food, Medicare, living and surviving in Nigeria; he urged citizens to intensify their prayers unto God as he believes God will intervene and deliver the country from the stronghold of abject poverty and economic servitude before the end of the year.

BISHOP PELLER who laments how JAPA syndrome snatched his first son and his family off Nigeria later went into an eerie mood in remembrance of his legendary father PROFESSOR MOSHOOD ABIOLA FOLORUNSHO PELLER who died 27 years ago through the gun shots of assassins and how he severally interceded for him to enter the kingdom of God.

Bishop Peller nearly broke down while eulogizing his late dad’s prowess and legacy as he discuss other issues including religious and politics before the interview ended.

In this 3rd video, the Bishop spoke on the recent alleged evil manifestation at Mountain of Fire and Miracle where two of the church's pastors (Pastor Femi Jimoh and Pa Caleb Oloruntele) were allegedly incarcerated for 9 Years on the order of one Daniel Kolawole Olukoya the church's General Overseer over accusation of theft and attempt to kill.

The very devastating revelation has generated so many discuss online as many wondered why a Christian organization could be that crude!

Find out more in this PART 3 of the clip.

Enjoy!

You should have known that we don't tell lies trying to hide behind a finger.

Jehovah's Witnesses organization have our own God so if you're not one of us you're not a worshiper of our own God.

So it's as simple as that.

But yours is a confusionist as you're not sure if it's the same god that's directing Kumuyi, Adeboye, Oyedepo, Olukoya, Oyakilome, Oritsejafor, TB Joshua, Reverend King and so on.

So prove you're not blind spiritually speaking by boldly declaring what is happening among your so called men of God that they're all not in agreement! smiley

INSIDE this Mini-Documentary, we X-Rayed the ongoing crisis of theological benevolence involving one of Nigeria's popular churches, Mountain of Fire & Miracle under the leadership of one Dr. D.K. Olukoya as regards the 9 Years alleged incarceration of two of her workers, one a Pastor, Femi Jimoh and the other a traffic usher, Pa Caleb Oloruntele and a non member, Henry Aiyewero.

The trio were alleged to have been wrongly accused of plotting to rob the church and assassinate the General Overseer Dr. DK Olukoya sometimes in Year 2008 and thus began a long trial of over 8 Years which culminated in a historic judgement at the High Court, Igbosere on Friday July 1st. Year 2016 where the trio were discharged and acquitted of any offence of plotting to rob or kill Olukoya or his church.

However, the 9 YEARS SORDID EXPERIENCE in Jail is a story of blood, sweat and water. The trio died, woke to life again but lived to tell the story today.

Find out more about the ingredients of their long abated court verdict both at the High Court and the Industrial Court.

It is a story of JUSTICE DELAYED BUT NEVER DENIED.

This is the story of 3 Men who were joined together in the rough skirmishes of life via the most implausible channel—The Church!

Pastor Femi James Jimoh, Pa Caleb Oloruntele and Mr. Henry Aiyewero all went through the valley of the shadow of death during their over 8 Years incarceration in jail gulags from terrible police stations to proper maximum prisons in a case that was later trashed and thrown out by the Court of Law.

The trio were allegedly roped by unscrupulous police officers in conjunction with other unethical elements and accused of plotting to rob a church—Mountain of Fire and Miracle (MFM) and assassinate the founder, one Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, a PhD holder in micro-Biology science.

The case started from early January Year 2008 as both Pastor Femi Jimoh, Pa Caleb Oloruntele and Mr. Henry Aiyewero were arrested at different time and location as stated in court papers even though their accusers, MFM and their allies want the world to believe otherwise.

When the story of their miraculous escape from what appeared like a designed death trap went viral last month via Yoruba Gidi TV, many conscientious citizens home and abroad were astounded at the level a church of God can go to roast their own members and throw them at what appears to be the mouth of the devil to devour!

Even though the Church in what appeared like a contempt of court did a press conference to debunk allegations of inference in the 9 Years Jail Horror of the three victims (now addressed as The Three Hebrew Men).

HOWEVER, more revelations continue to trail the allegations that MFM sponsored the misfortune that landed both Pastor Femi Jimoh, Pa Caleb Oloruntele & Mr. Henry Aiyewero in the 9 Years jail horror before they were set free in Year 2016.

Justice appeared to be delayed initially but was eventually DELIVERED.

Special thanks to God Almighty and the benevolent soul called JUSTICE A.O. WILLIAMS (Mrs.) of the High Court, Igbosere, Lagos.

The two workers; (Pastor Femi Jimoh and Pa Caleb Oloruntele) also secured an industrial court judgement against MFM last Year December over backlog of salaries and unpaid arrears of over 15 years inclusive of their 9 Years jail tenure.

Asabe Afrika TV and other media agencies with the Human Right Community met the trio on Tuesday July 4, 2024 and we listened to their story all over again.
