Ilupeju is the most central. When you get to Ilupeju you will understand why it is called "Ilupeju" which literally means "This town is complete". Rent here is very high, be aware that it has a high Indian population but it is very accessible from all sides

Magodo is located just off Lagos-Ibadan expressway, if you're not ready to be paying all manner of levies then do not go there

Gbagada also has a good location if you want a place from where you can easily connect Third Mainland Bridge. The major problem is that some parts of the area are prone to flood, it also has a high incidence of robberies. Be ready to deal with very heavy traffic in the mornings and evenings during peak periods
