At least you should have scrapped the skin off na Anything to fill the stomach is welcome these days oooo. I've never tasted snail meat before but with the hunger that's becoming unbearable to me now I might just pack these snails I saw in my backyard and cook it.

I swear, you don't know what you're missing!!!

Just wash it well with salt and alum.
Cook half done.
Season well with seasoning cubes and spices.
Fry in sizzling palm oil.
Garnish with onion and scent leaf.
