And i have told you the works he meant.

At a well close to Samaria Jesus was preaching informally to a Samaritan woman and when his disciples saw him doing so while he was hungry they told him he supposed to eat first this is what Jesus said in response:

“My food is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work." John 4:34
