We are debating this because we are in Nigeria. If you move abroad, go and shoot someone because you catch him having sex with your wife. If the sex is consensual, you will be tried for murder and probably get life sentence. If you like, hire Barrack Obama as your lawyer.

There is no way around it. The man will be convicted of murder. Even in Nigeria, If someone attempted to kill you and you kill the person in self defense.
The person will be sentenced to nothing less than 5-10 years in prison.

A case happened during those years when I used to have lots of land cases in court.
A man caught his wife with another man and out of anger, he butchered the man to death.

I remember the exact word the judge said. He said "The law does not allow any human to be responsible for the loss of another person's life, whether in self defense or due to pressure "

You know, I really wished I can stop konji whenever it comes knocking. Because ehn, I find myself calling some Rubbish (iykyk) so I can satisfy my sexual urge.
