I use to say this...a lot of Nigerian men think with their penis. Why would you go to a married woman's house to pick her up knowing fully well that it can cause problems in her marriage? What exactly does that guy want?

I'll advise you go the his office and report him to the HR or the manager? I'm sure he'll respect himself once he knows that he's job is on the line.

As for your wife, she doesn't respect you. For her to even give that guy your address to come and pick her to work shows that she cares less about you.

I'll therefore advise that you monitor her closely after you've reported the guy to his office. If she challenges you on why you did it and takes his side, threaten her with divorce. Tell her that you're tired of the marriage and you've contacted your lawyer for divorce. If she doesn't feel sober and calls your bluff, go ahead and let her go cos she has already divorced you in her heart long time ago.

Besides what's so special about a car that some ladies are willing to sacrifice their marriages just to sit at the front seat of it? Most people take public transportation to work everyday and they're not dead. Let's assume she leaves your house and move in with the guy and the car gets stolen or spoilt, what then, would she start looking for another guy with a car to replace him?

From Op's story, his wife is naive (only a naive person will give a gift from opposite gender to his or her partner) . She's yet to understand what marriage entails and I believe she has a lot of growing up to do, same as Op. Both of them need to learn to settle misunderstanding without going to the extreme ( throwing punches or neglecting responsibilities).

To the wife, she's not cheating and she's being bullied. To the husband, he's being disrespected. They have to help each other see where they wrong one another and that can only be done through communication. I believe they are newly wed so they have lot of adjustment to do.

Husband should help the wife see the need to set boundaries, Wife should help husband see he can correct without being defensive or offensive. That's all.

The economy is very harsh and do you realize how much your wife saves in transport cost because of this kind act of this good samaritan. I do not understand the reason for your insecurities. You claimed the kind dude "now picking up your wife from the matrimonial home", what is wrong with that? Did you expect your wife to be picked up from the airport?

This guy is doing your wife a great favor and on top even sent you pringles and malt.
