Cleaned crabs, corn flour and one egg for the batter with pepper and salt. I rolled them into the wet batter (egg, corn flour, seasoning) then rolled them in just corn flour. I heated up the oil and fried them for a total of about 8 minutes.
Any flour can replace the corn flour and instead of egg, another binder can be used.

I know I should’ve. But I don’t really like a lot of parsley like that. That’s why I just did it as garnish. The one I bought was already prepped with mint and lemon. So a bit of olive oil, salt and voila

I’ve not make it like that before but I like bulgur more than couscous so maybe I might be able to tolerate the extra parsley.

This couscous style is French (at least that’s what my French girlfriend told me )

Mediterranean. I think the noodles are Greek and the rest Italian style. Rucola, Mozarella, dried and fresh tomatoes, spring/green onion, pine nuts with balsamic vinegar-oil-honey dressing.
