Mediterranean. I think the noodles are Greek and the rest Italian style. Rucola, Mozarella, dried and fresh tomatoes, spring/green onion, pine nuts with balsamic vinegar-oil-honey dressing.

But I’ve seen recipes online and it seems easy to make.

Here’s one. However I would advise you have an open mind while trying it. Some of these things can be acquired taste. You may not like it at first due to the sourness. But it’s a really great probiotic
