Yellow garri? Yes. But freshly fried yellow garri that hasn't stayed in storage for long. Has a starchy, bright yellow look when made. A few are able to differentiate it on sight

Not in California where I’ve been for past few years. I even cook egusi once in a while there.

But I’ve been on the road for a little while now and I’ve not settled down to find a good African store in my new area. Hence I’m missing it but I’ll find it soon enough. And when I do? That egusi will suffer 😅
