Do everything within your power to fill this form, If I tell you what we passed through last year because of a simple mistake we made in 2021, you would have been through with this form, For the TIN, once you have submitted this form online, you can't have access to edit again, Please my sister, make sure you submit the form, go to the tax office nearest to you and get your TIN, Once again make sure you submit this form, I have said it 3 times. It is not ooo! Thee provision for TIN is empty.

Though it is optional on the IPPIS form, the attached states otherwise. So to be on a safe side, try to fill your TIN.

It doesn’t matter since they said it’s optional..
To the best of my knowledge TIN is something that could change with time.. that is to say it it not permanent like other numbers

Not all payslips. Mine is blank.
