1. If I am going into marriage again then my partner must have more than just her body stake.
2. I won't go through what I suffered in my first marriage losing both ways even the kids.
3. I need real commitment in deed and person if I must marry again.
4. To import vehicle parts and computer accessories you need more than #15M at least #40-#50M
5. I forgot to also state she must own her own car😂

You need to first of all heal from your last relationship trauma. Then find out where you made mistakes and fix yourself before jumping into another relationship. You sound a lot disjointed. You think making all these terms will save you from more issues? How did you "loose" your kids? If you were responsible in your last relation, how did you loose your kids to an ex wife that didnt commit to the relationship?
