They’re back to Nigeria right now, Maybe they’re on Break..

Oyinlola is with the U20, while Usani currently playing for Edo Queens because of the Champions League Qualifiers.

La Liga Academy. I don't know what happened from there but maybe she graduated. The real question is why didn't Danjuma give her a chance
Her omission is a big surprised. With that kind of experience, she should have been called up for the U20 WC.

What of the U20 Falconets FINAL list for world cup in Colombia later this month? How far with Chris Danjuma and NFF?

With the performance of Edo Queens you can see the obvious poor quality of Coaching in the NWFL.., if they jam a better team very soon they will definitely be punished dearly.!

At least Miracle Usani proves herself to be a better player who have been coached abroad. The difference was very clear with the way she makes her passes and delivers her crosses.. I think she should have been in the U20 team going to the World Cup.. I will prefer her ahead of the push and run Jumoke Alani…

Most Countries have started releasing their final squad for the tournament but Danjuma hasn’t. Let’s wait and see what he delivers with the current crop of players available…!

Anyway Danjuma have proven over the years that he was never a tactically sound Coach, he’s just there for I know you sake!! Maybe he will prove me wrong this time with an improved style of play.

Apparently in 🇫🇷, The 3 big clubs in the French championship have refused to release their players selected for the U20 World Cup 😔🇫🇷

So there are 7 changes in the list with only one entrant

What's with all this negative talk about Edo? They created a bunch of chances and they controlled the game from start to finish. Just because they didn't bring their scoring boots today doesn't mean they won't bring it going forward.

They literally scored 5 goals so you should figure out comments have nothing to do with how many goals they will score or whether they won or not. Also, this wasn't about Edo Queen itself but about football development in Nigeria.

Having players who struggle to string passes together or alternate plays like we see with the Super Falcons is reflective of how we develop players. We can as well go ahead to wallop every team during this Zone B qualifiers and it still won't change that. The last few years has shown the limitation of developing players the way we do and we sadly won't be getting away with it like we used to cause the rest of Africa is catching up.

First training session in Rouge et Bleu for J.O.E

Paris Saint-Germain's new attacking midfielder took to the pitch for the first time at the Campus PSG on Tuesday 13th August.

Jennifer Echegini arrived at the Campus PSG on Tuesday morning to meet the women's team staff and her new team-mates. After signing a contract with the capital club in July, the Nigeria international represented her country at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in the Super Falcons jersey.

After a well-deserved rest, the new Parisian began her summer preparations. After taking part in an activation session in the gym, Jennifier Echegini headed out onto the pitch for her first training session with the group. The new Parisian player then rounded off her day's work with an afternoon session of strength training.

How are we not talking about goals when the only thing they did wrong was miss glaring chances? U can't talk about anything else because the other team barely had a sniff at anything.

Who were the players struggling to string passes together? Cos we must have watched 2 different games. In the game I watched Edo dominated. Time after time they created great opportunities for themselves. That didn't happen by magic or film trick.

Nigerian International Onyinyechi Zogg signs for Australian club Perth Glory FC

Perth Glory FC snap up Nigerian international defender for ALW squad

Perth Glory is delighted to announce that Nigerian international defender Onyinyechi Zogg has joined the club’s A-League Women’s squad for the 2024/25 season.

The Swiss-born 27-year-old brings a wealth of European experience having represented Young Boys, FC Zurich and Servette FC Chenois in Switzerland, ASJ Soyaux in France and German side Turbine Potsdam, as well as FC Bethlehem in Israel.

During her time with FC Zurich, she tasted Champions League action and in June 2021, made her senior international debut for Nigeria.

The composed centre-back is now looking forward to opening a new chapter in her career with Glory.

“Once my manager told me about the possibility of going to Perth Glory, I jumped at the opportunity,” she said.

“I have heard so much about the quality and level of the ALW and always wanted to experience it and now to be able to do this with Perth Glory is such a fantastic opportunity.

“I’m really looking forward to meeting my teammates and Coach in person and to being an effective contributor to the club’s success.”

Glory Head Coach Stephen Peters believes that Zogg’s quality and experience will significantly bolster the club’s backline this season.

“Onyinyechi is a really technical and athletic defender who has performed at the very highest level in Europe and we are thrilled to have secured her services,” he said.

“We certainly feel that she has the potential to make a major impression in the ALW this year.

“Her pedigree makes her a great addition to our squad and we hope that she develops into a defensive cornerstone for the club in the upcoming season and possibly beyond.”

No country in west Africa has a good maintainance culture. Ivory Coast just hosted the AFCON so you'd expect their stadiums to be in pretty good condition
