how i do meditate every morning or am doing it in the wron way?

very easy don't struggle,just sit down in the morning,close your eyes and watch your thoughts.
the real you,does not think a lot.many of those things running in your mind are indoctrinations.as u do this gradually you will discover your thoughts are not your own and you may face some emotional trauma because things you did in the past will come up...just continue it is part of the process.
then you will reach a stage were all thoughts just turn off and your in a stage of blankness ...then everything will open up and you will remember you are God,why you came on earth and start to see in the spirit,astral project,your natural soul powers will come on etc.
all this may take take month or weeks..depends on your soul,forget everything you know will there .I will recommend at least 1 hour a day or anywhere your power carry you and it will be boring at first but be consistent

infact i was meditating i faced emotional trauma
i have to quit before resuming,infact anytime i remember it will be like the cost is death,and the worst part is that am a sturborn folk what you said i shoudn't do omo na there i go go,infact bro e no eazy but with your tips i gonna give a try again.
