Weretuntun:The easiest way is to find a purpose and commit to it like you are in a relationship with your purpose. For me it’s lifting weights and jogging. I life weights to pack on testosterone and when I get very Hot I jog for 1hr:30mins, come back sleep for at least 4 hrs and forget about sex when I wake up.
