Greenwood was basically in a team playing Haram ball last season and his quality still shine through. He literally played in a 4-4-2 and 4-5-1 Getafe system and he did his thing. His playing another system at Marseille, yet the quality didn't drop.

Cole Palmer went from an organized Man city team to a disorganized Chelsea last season, yet his quality still stood out in the team. There's no excuse of bad Chelsea system affecting his game play.

I don't know if that was a coaching instruction or confusion but as long as mount was on the pitch, Fulham were playing premium rubbish

Maybe we need more of this confusion when we meet teams that dare to come at us.

It was a combination of factors.

1) Mount went off and was replaced by a half-fit Zirkzee, so instead of Mount and Bruno pressing centrally we had a tiring Bruno and Zirkzee.

2) Casemiro and Mainoo tiring.

3) Amad going off and being replaced by Garnacho. Amad comes short more than Garnacho and is better suited to possession and control. Garnacho prefers to stretch the defense and is better suited to transitional football.

He made many crossfield passes, headed clearances, tackles. I also remembered one solo run he made with the ball but the other players didn't support him. He was solid

“Amazing” is an over exaggeration. He was the most important figure in our press and worked really hard but his performance when he had the ball at his feet was borderline comical

We would get overrun in midfield even worse that last season if we played this.

We can also try out a midfield diamond of Casemiro, Mainoo and Mount with Bruno as the AMF behind Zirkzee and Hojlund but we will struggle for width. Depending on the flow of the game, we can go 4-3-3 with Mount and Hojlund/Zirkzee making way for Garnacho and Amad.

Rashford, Antony and Sancho have to up their game to give serious completion for a starting place in the team to Amad and Garnacho else Amad and Garnacho will drop off...

I think Garnacho is better on d right tho which gives ETH another dilemma. Garnacho himself might disagree and prefer d left but personally I’ve never seen him play a good game there
