I had that thought at the early stages but two years later, nothing much changed except the normal aging that comes with beards, Dem go say u fine more, whereas, I would have still grown out those beards if i wasnt in that space too

I spent at least 4 years in a university that uses only ACs (no fan) in classrooms. I used AC from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. every night in my hostel. The only time AC makes a difference on your skin is during the season that sweat (heat) doesn't allow people to sleep.

As a matter of fact, how many Nigerians in Canada or America have glowing skin?

But the A.C they receive keep their body fresh continually as long as they keep working there. I just noticed it today. The amazing part of it is that it has a way of improving their look or facial appearance.

If it's minimal, i don't think there will be side effect except if the person has an ailment already.

You are right. Living or working in air conditioned spaces is a skincare routine on its own. Top it up with constant hydration and eating lots of fruits and see the results wow you further.

AC does not make your skin fresh, it's your meal, the kind of food you eat and to some extent your skin care
in fact AC stops you from sweating and keeps you dry, on the other hand this is not good for your health
sweating does good for your health as it helps to keep you at the right temp as well as eradicate some things from your body
Staying in AC always is detrimental to your health, reason some whites exercise to sweat cuz the weather is like living inside AC

This one is poor man beer parlour talk.

I have AC in my office, AC in my car and AC in my home and nothing change...

In fact AC is not too good for the body as it makes you age quick and too much AC can cause pneumonia.

These days I don't even really use AC, I prefer the natural stuff.
