Breakfast: eggs, cucumber,tomatoes and pork

Lunch: salad made from lettuce,tomatoes,slices of salted pork,nuts, pear, cheese(I molded it into balls and rolled it over coconut candy)

FINALLY found some decent jollof at a reasonable price in Houston. I don't know what happened to the restaurants in Houston. We used to have good Nigerian restaurants now they are all expensive but the food is trash. This one was unexpectedly good and will do till I resume cooking.

Jollof, whole fried tilapia, vegetable and plantain. Fish was so fresh, plantain was perfect, vegetable well seasoned and jollof tasted like party!

Skillet Potatoes, eggs and bacon

I used jollof seasoning for my egg. Hence the color. It was really good

$20 so a little more than I expected but cheaper than anywhere else I've seen. $70 for two plates, two drinks has seemed to become the norm wtf
