What if confronting her only made them become more cautious, and they take it outside the house and meet in disclosed location and act like nothing is going on btwn them in the house... And also how many cameras do you wanna get cause it has to be in a specific room they would be committing the act.. If it's a duplex remember you have kitchens and toilets and bathrooms. Would you also get cameras in all the places... It's a good idea but it'll take a lot of patience to catch red handed.. Conversations on phone btwn them would be clue for you to knw that's going on but I wouldn't advice that cause it would be invading one's privacy which might not go your way...
